If there are any problems with your shipment, please report it to us by e-mail or telephone within two days of receiving this shipment. Please keep all items in the original packaging. We will arrange pick up, replacement, or credit if needed.
We are not liable for un-sealed, incorrectly glued pendants or lost pendants due to a broken chain.
