FAQs

Are the pendants guaranteed? We stand behind our pendants 100%. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.

What is Gold Vermeil? Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated with gold. It is one of the better grades of plating.

Are the pendants waterproof after they’ve been sealed? We do not recommend submersing pendants in water after they are filled, this may weaken the bond. If worn in water, check bond strength periodically.

Do the pendants contain nickel? 14k white gold contains nickel, while sterling silver, gold vermeil, and 14k gold pendants do not. White bronze and yellow bronze pendants do not contain nickel, however the brass and pewter items do contain a trace amount.

Are chains and cording included? Chains are included with Titanium and Stainless Steel pendants only. Chains and cording are sold separately and can be viewed here in our products area.

Are all pendants fillable? All pendants are fillable except when the item number starts with “HH”. These can be viewed in the laser engraved section of our product page.

Are these pendants only for cremated remains? Our Keepsake Pendants are also designed to hold a lock of hair, dried ceremonial flowers, soil from the burial site, and can be personalized with engraving and hung empty in a display dome.

How long does shipping take? We ship our orders Ground UPS unless otherwise specified. Ground shipping usually takes 4-5 business days. We also ship Next Day Air, Next Day Early AM, and 2-Day Air. Next Day Saturday is also available. Charges for special shipping are according to distance and weight.
